If you're going to be storing your batteries and not using them for two or three months, then it would be best to remove the batteries from the bike and store them in an area that's not too cold and not too hot, and have a charge to about 60-70% when you're leaving it in storage. If your batteries are already at 100%, just take a short ride and use a little bit of the battery up before storing it. It's not good for your battery to be stored completely discharged either.
