Charger Troubleshooting: - Please test the health of the battery before charging, especially if the battery has been used for more than 12 months or not used for 3-4 months. - If the green light is on when plugged in, but the charger does not work when the battery is connected, it may be because the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of the charger do not match the size of your battery connector. Try changing the connector to connect with your battery. - When plugged into the power supply, the green light indicates the charger is working properly. If the LED shows a red light after connecting to your device, it means the charger is operating normally. The LED will turn green when the battery is fully charged.
